Our car shut down and AAA sent CT Auto Center to tow. Robert K was unbelievably helpful to us. He was quick, helped diagnose the problem and when we had an issue at the kia dealership in old saybrook ( do not go there! ) he stayed and towed us to another garage. Really above and beyond great customer service! We are very grateful. He helped turn around a horrible situation. Thank you Rob!!

Needed help having my car towed to my mechanic. First car I’ve owned so it’s been stressful but expected. Luckily Michael from CT Auto Center was very personable and helpful. Definitely a great guy who cares about his job so his help was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic service experience in tonight's 2 ft snow storm with Chris. With the snow storm, I had to get to work and my car got stuck (like really stuck) in the snow. Through Aaa, CT Auto Center showed up 15 minutes (while still in the middle of the storm) after the aaa call. Chris was so helpful and nice while I was panicking. And got my car to a safe spot where I could ride out the storm. So grateful and hope if you want to choose a personable and exceptional company to give your business to that you select Connecticut Auto Center of Milford. CT.

Tow driver kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very professional.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. My car randomly shut down in Norwalk. Not only did they come to tow the car in a timely manner on Sunday night, they diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to fix it. My car was good as new within 24 hours.

John arrived in a reasonable time. He was extremely professional.

Nick is a great guy very awesome helped me fix my truck which had several suspension issues. He does quality work and all his work is very impressive. Would highly recommend.

Locked my keys in my trunk. Rob showed up on the 4th of July to open the car. Once we could get in the car the trunk still would not open because the alarm had been triggered. The tow truck driver rob found a video on youtube. He actually ended up taking the car door lock off to release the trunk. In spite of this taking a few tries and almost an hour of time he never gave up. Best service ever! Highly recommended.

I got in an accident. Nick was very supportive and understood what I needed done to the vehicle. I didn't have collision insurance so he found the parts, gave me entire new front end, and returned my vehicle to me better than what I had prior to the accident. And...he did it UNDER BUDGET! These guys are creative, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you. I highly recommend them!

I was having car issues and Josh was sent out to assist me. He was amazing when it came to helping determine what the issue could be and also towing my car. He was nothing but professional and kind. 5 stars across the board!
